Our classes are available on two plans; a pay as you go plan that suits frequent trainees, and the long distance plan for those working with or interested in extended time plans.

Boot Camp & Circuits

Reset your metabolism. Otherwise known in TT circles as P.E. for grownups at the gym in your body. You want to burn calories in 45 minutes or less and keep burning them for the next 72 hours? Just rock up to one of our early morning boot camp sessions and find out how. All you need to bring is a bottle of water, a small towel and loads of can-do attitude.

Sports Swim, Bike, Run, Fun.

Taking part in activities such as swimming, running and cycling is not only fun, but also an effective way to gauge fitness and still get a workout. They’re all activities that will involve muscles from all over your body, meaning you get to tone up your whole body.

Trail Hikes & Mountain Excursions

We love fitness activities that take us out to the most scenic sites in Kenya and beyond. Not only do hikes and excursions work out your entire body and help your breathing, they also provide fun, adventure, and a great opportunity to forge bonds with your teammates.


Running is one of the easiest activities you can do for fitness and vitality. If you can walk, you can run - forget all those misconceptions or self defeating excuses you give yourself for why you can't get out there and run. The cardioavascular exertion you get from running is great for your overall physical and physiological well being. It is both rewarding in the exhiliration ('runners high') it gives you and good for your heart and core.

We have three runs a week. For 'shorter runs' 3-10kms, we meet at the Methodist/Gitanga/Olitokitok roundabout on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 am and on Sundays at 6:30am at Lavington Green (mall) for the 'longer runs'. Come join us - no runner is left behind.
