Our classes are available on two plans; a pay as you go plan that suits frequent trainees, and the long distance plan for those working with or interested in extended time plans.

This is a Spin class with a twist - cycle for part of the class, then get off your 'steel steeds' and get to working out on the exercise floor - be it via circuit exercise stations, TRX, or even yoga. It will always be a surprise, but a cross training session that's guaranteed to burn those calories, build your strength and even sculpt you. Come for the fun, stay for the burn!
One hour where your mind takes a back seat to your body. Going all out to tone and firm up those 'loose' bits, as you shred the fat off and break and tear down the muscles, using your body weight and simple props - ingredients of a recipe to your building body definition with taut and defined angles. A serious strength and endurance workout that will leave you 'burned' but on the path to a fitter, stronger and leaner you. What's not to like?
Glove up and take in a good mix of moderate to high-intensity exertion that comes chock full of calorie burning benefits, that help you get in shape fairly quickly through weight loss and improved muscle tone and body balance and agility. Its a heck of a stress reliever too, so come get a kick out of kickboxing it out of your system. Kick, Box, Tone.
A hybrid class that starts off with a high energy, calorie burning Spin session that gets you well invigorated and amped up, building your glutes, legs and your endurance. This is followed by the second half of the session, off the bike and onto your mat, where you get a muscle toning, breath and stretch experience with Vinyasa flow yoga. Get a good cardio work out on the bike followed by an equally challenging session on yoga mat. Total mood changer this one.
We'll have you doing pull ups, tossing medicine balls, challenging your stamina on a spin bike, sculpting and toning you with weighted bars, kettle bells and TRX bands working your glutes and legs on a jump box and skipping rope. plus much more... all in 60 minutes or less. Your own determination, is at base level a combination of power yoga and high intensity interval training (HIIT). You start of by warming up the body with yoga, progressively building intensity toward the next part of the class. If you haven't already broken a sweat by the then the equally serious HITT phase that focuses on strength training, will do the trick. You use little to no equipment - mostly your body weight - to really push your limits and you determine where those are. Bring the burn on! The session winds down with relaxation exercises, giving you some moments to reflect on how you've pushed your body to new limits, yet contently satisfied that you came along and set your mind to see it through. There's enough variations in YOD to do a different set of exercises each time you come in. See you there.
