Ride start time: 7:00 a.m

Ride duration 2 - 4 hours 

Must have:

Own well serviced bike

Helmet (no helmet no ride)

Dress bright and be as visible as possible 

Bike light front and rear recommended

Comfortable riding gear (no loose clothing)

Water and any other suitable hydration 

Energy bar/ fruit/snack that you can carry on you

Be at the starting point 15 minutes before start 

Limited bikes available for hire at KShs 1,000/- per day.
