What to Carry/Wear

• • Dri-fit t-shirt and lightweight hiking pants

• • Hiking pole (for knee support if needed)

• • Hiking boots (suitable for rocky terrain)

• • 2–3 liters of drinking water

• • Snacks for the hike

• • Change of clothes and sandals for after the hike (in a separate bag left on the bus)

Itinerary

• • 06:15 hrs – Pick-up

• • 06:30 hrs – Depart from Lavington (Shell with Pizza Inn) via Waiyaki Way

• • 08:30 hrs – Start hike

• • 14:30 hrs – End hike

• • 16:30 hrs – Depart for Nairobi
